University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) management has reacted to one news which circulated around on campus about a missing student of thr institution.
The institution in a press release signed by Director, Corporate Affair, Kunle Akogun said the news was a figment of imagination and clarified that the institution is safe for its services. The statement reads;
“UNILORIN is safe — Management
The management of the University of Ilorin has viewed with grave concern last weekend’s story about one of its students, Moyosore Bright.
It is important to state that the said student is hale and hearty, and her purported abduction was a ruse and figment of the imagination of the rumour mongers.
The management further assures the public that its campus is safe for learning, research, and community service in pursuit of its tripartite mandate.
