CANDIDATES TO START ACCEPTING/REJECTING ADMISSIONS CHANGE NOW THROUGH 55019/66019 OR BIOMETRICS – JAMB

This was exclusively gathered from the front page of the Jamb weekly bulletin that was made available on 1st of April, 2024.

As part of measures to simplify its facility, candidates would be able to processes for candidates, the Board has put necessary mechanisms in place to ensure that henceforth, all admissions offered by institutions can only be accepted or rejected either through the 55019 or 66019 channels or by using the candidate’s biometrics at any accredited CBT centre or JAMB Office.

Through this accept or reject any admission offer (programme change inclusive) with his her fingerprints.

Therefore, the newly-crafted methods of accepting or rejecting admissions, are aimed at protecting the details of the candidates and upholding the sanctity of the admission process.
