Attention Please

Good morning all

I wish to inform you that, Jamb have changed its policy on submission of Matriculation Lists this year. It has instructed that, all Institutions should ensure that all admitted students are captured on CAPS and students to print their admission letters before sending the Matriculation lists.

It is in the light of this that, I wish to implore all Faculty Representatives and Faculty Officers to kindly help in directing the students who were offered admission into courses different from the ones they applied for in Jamb, to quickly go to jamb office to do change of course. They should also be advised to submit the change of course print out to the Faculty representatives or  officers for onward submission to Admission office for capturing on CAPS.

Please treat this request with all the seriousness it deserves. This will enable us capture all the students on CAPS on time. The Matriculation list is expected to be submitted 2 weeks before the conduct of Matriculation.

Unlike what is obtained in previous years, Jamb will not allow any Institution to conduct Matriculation without the complete Matriculation list containing all admitted students submitted to it.

In the same vain, students admitted in years 2021 and 2022 and who don’t have admission letters from Jamb should be compelled to visit the Admission office.  There are a sizeable number  of such students yet to be captured on CAPS..
