This is to inform interested Registered & Licensed Community Nurses & Midwives that Application forms for Admission into BASIC NURSING & BASIC MIDWIFERY for 2024/2025 Academic Session is available for sale online from 28th August to 6th September, 2024
ELIGIBILITY
Obtain at least 5 Credits in their O’ level result WAEC, NECO or NABTEB which must include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics and Chemistry obtainable in not more than two sittings. Candidate Must be a Registered & Licensed Community Nurse or Midwife. Must have apply through the College portal
Candidates Must have paid a non-refundable application fee of N10,000 Only
MODE OF APPLICATION
i. Visit the College website via:www.tarabascom.edu.ng/portal/application
ii. Create an account on the college portal
iii. Use your username and password to log in.
iv. Make payment for the application form via ATM CARD
V. Fill the form carefully and submit online (only use scratch card that has not been used more than three (3) times)
vi. PRINT YOUR PAYMENT SLIP (evidence of payment), application form and acknowledgement letter.
NB: Registered Community Nurses are to apply for Basic Nursing WHILE Registered Community Midwives to apply for Basic Midwifery accordingly.
A.Come along with your printed payment slip, result checking scratch card, and all other documents during the physical verification please.
B. Physical Verification is scheduled for Wednesday 11th September, 2024. Time: Sam Venue: College premises
Note: Prospective candidates should come along with original and photocopies of their documents for, verification on the day of the aptitude test please.
Also, come along with writing materials for the test.
