KOGI STATE POLYTECHNIC RELEASES 2023/2024 REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR FRESH STUDENTS(DETAILS)
1. Prospective Students are to check the portal for his/her admission Status
2. Successtul Applicants should proceed to Pay aceptance fee of N15,000 online and print Acceptance fee payment receipt, Admission letter, Screening form and Clearance Certificate.
3. Candidates should proceed to screening Center at their respective Schools with their Credentials, to interact with the Screening Committee comprising of Registrar, Bursar DITRC and School Representatives to check the Authenticity, Correlation and Minimum Requirements of all Credentials. Credentials to check Birth Certificate/ Declaration of age Certificate of State of origino’ Level Certificate(s) & Scratch Card(s)Signed Admission Letter Acceptance payment Receipt Five (5) Passport photographs Obtain PIN from ITRC Representative after clearance
4. Students are to proceed to Pay school fee and print clearance certificate, course form, Identity Card, Behavioral form, School fee receipt
5. Students are to ensure that they proceed to Kogi State Polytechnic Medical Center (Hajla Hauwawu Ozlohu Health Center) for Certificate of Medical Fitness and the Polytechnic Library to register and collect Library Card
6. Students will complete the forms, make five (5) copies, insert it into the files, and proceed to them the departmental level Coordinators for Head of Department Signature. Then Candidate will submit the files to the School Officer for onward distribution to the Records office, Registry, and Academic Planning.
