– Matriculation Number/JAMB Number
– Study Program
– Faculty/Department
– Academic Session
– Date of Birth
– Gender
– State of Origin/LGA
– Study Level
– NIN (National Identity Number)
– Phone Number/Email Address

However, it will interest you to know that the University via ICT Directorate and Portal have your student record apart from your National Identity Number (NIN), a *MAJOR REQUIREMENT* to access the students loan.
