ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY SETS NEW ADMISSION PROCESS, CANCELS POST-UTME EXAMINATION

In light of current circumstances, the Senate of Abia State University, during its 273rd Regular Meeting, has approved the use of UTME scores along with O’Level or Degree results for the online screening of candidates in the 2024/2025 admissions exercise. Consequently, the previously scheduled Post-UTME screening exercise, which was to take place from 4th to 6th September 2024, has been canceled.

Prospective candidates, parents, guardians, and the general public are advised that those who have already registered for the Post-UTME screening should ensure their O’Level or Degree results are properly uploaded on the JAMB portal.

To accommodate these changes, the University has extended the registration deadline for the screening exercise by two weeks. Candidates who have not yet registered are encouraged to do so by Friday, 20th September 2024.
