How FUTO Calculates Your Aggregate Score

While meeting the JAMB cut-off is essential, your final admission will be determined by your aggregate score. This is a combination of your JAMB score and your Post-UTME score. Though the exact formula for the 2025/2026 session is yet to be confirmed, a commonly used method by FUTO in the past is:

(JAMB Score / 8) + (Post-UTME Score / 2) = Aggregate Score

For instance, if you scored 280 in JAMB and 70 in the Post-UTME, your aggregate score would be:

(280 / 8) + (70 / 2) = 35 + 35 = 70

Important Information for Aspirants

The application for the Post-UTME screening exercise commences on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, and closes on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
You must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2025, to be eligible.
Ensure your JAMB subject combination aligns with the requirements for your chosen programme.
You are required to upload your O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal.
