How FUTO Calculates Your Aggregate Score

While meeting the JAMB cut-off is essential, your final admission will be determined by your aggregate score. This is a combination of your JAMB score and your Post-UTME score. Though the exact formula for the 2025/2026 session is yet to be confirmed, a commonly used method by FUTO in the past is:

(JAMB Score / 8) + (Post-UTME Score / 2) = Aggregate Score

For instance, if you scored 280 in JAMB and 70 in the Post-UTME, your aggregate score would be:

Important Information for Aspirants

  • The application for the Post-UTME screening exercise commences on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, and closes on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
  • You must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2025, to be eligible.
  • Ensure your JAMB subject combination aligns with the requirements for your chosen programme.
  • You are required to upload your O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal.
